The money vanished without a trace, but the artist managed to reclaim her property in court.

In court regarding a major fraud case, Larisa Dolina was questioned. The People's Artist of Russia has been recognized as a victim, with the amount of damage being 317.6 million rubles (3.2 million euros).

It should be noted that the scammers spent several months on her "divorce" – from April to June 2024. During this time, they convinced her to deplete her accounts, sell her apartment in Khamovniki, and hand over cash to them to deposit into a "safe account." The money vanished without a trace, but Dolina managed to reclaim her property in court. The buyer, Polina Lurie, ended up without money and without the 5-room apartment in Khamovniki.

While the investigation was ongoing, the police identified two more victims: both were pensioners, one had given the scammers 2.7 million rubles, the other 8.2 million and was ready to hand over another 4.5 million but realized in time.

Ultimately, four suspects were detained: Artur Kameneckiy, Dmitry Leontyev, Andrey Osnov, and Angela Tsyrulnikova. According to the investigation, Leontyev purchased SIM cards that were then used by the scammers and helped them withdraw money through his "plastic." Osnov also withdrew the stolen money. Kameneckiy was looking for other accomplices willing to provide their bank accounts for withdrawing the stolen funds. Tsyrulnikova personally collected cash from the victims – including from Larisa Dolina herself.

This summer, all four detainees were charged with large-scale fraud, and since October, the Balashikha City Court has begun reviewing the case.

It is being conducted in a closed session, so journalists are not allowed in.

However, as it became known to the media, Larisa Dolina was questioned today. The People's Artist of Russia did not go to Balashikha. She appeared at the Khamovniki District Court in Moscow, presented documents there, and participated via videoconference with other participants in the session who were in the region.
