The prosecutor's office has charged two Latvian citizens with unauthorized provision of project management services to Russian companies in violation of European Union (EU) sanctions, as reported by the LETA agency from the prosecutor's office.
The charges were initiated by the State Security Service (SSS), which opened a criminal case against these individuals on January 22 of this year.
According to the SSS, these two individuals own shares in a Russian company engaged in project management and organization. Between 2022 and 2025, the company organized at least five forums in Moscow.
