A lawsuit has been filed against singer Alla Pugacheva, who has left Russia, due to unpaid electricity bills. According to the Telegram channel Mash, the artist has not paid the bills for her apartment on Arbat in Moscow for two years.

The claim was registered by the magistrate's court in June of this year. According to the text of the lawsuit, the singer owes 8,722 rubles (about 90 euros).

This concerns Pugacheva's elite apartment in the "Filippovsky" residential complex. The artist is trying to sell the apartment for nearly 400 million rubles (about 4.4 million euros). Realtors report that finding a buyer for the property will not be easy.

The building is intimate and closed, one of those where privacy is valued. There are only a few dozen apartments, a strict security system, underground parking, and infrastructure that resembles a private club more than a typical residential complex. Everything is arranged here to ensure that life remains as comfortable as possible – and somewhat hidden from prying eyes.

The apartment itself is about 250 square meters of thoughtfully designed space, where classic style sounds soft and modern. In the center is a spacious living room of over 50 square meters, the very "parlor" where one can easily imagine both intimate dinners and large gatherings.

Pugacheva received the apartment in 2004 from Ruslan Baisarov. After her divorce from Philip Kirkorov, she moved here, and since then, this residence has remained her primary property in Moscow.

Nearby are Kirkorov's apartments. The Arbat itself is considered one of the most expensive areas of the city, where such transactions often occur without publicity.

– In the photographs of Alla Pugacheva's apartment, one can see that the overall style of the apartment is maintained in classic with elements of Empire. Various combinations of light shades in the decor, multi-level lighting scenarios, and large windows create a pleasant feeling of space with plenty of air and light, – said interior designer and co-founder of the design and furnishing bureau "SET Bureau" Elena Bezruchenko. – The living room's abundance of plaster decor and crystal chandeliers showcases the status of the room and its owners, with color accents in the furniture visually delineating functional areas: a relaxation corner and a dining group.

Earlier, the head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption (FPBK) Vitaly Borodin announced in the media a new round of legal disputes with Pugacheva. According to him, "the artist, who made offensive remarks against him and other Russians, should receive her due."
