According to the lawyer, the defendant is entitled to a deferment from the front as an educator.

In the Ukrainian city of Ternopil, the situation surrounding the blocked car of former footballer and coach Sergey Zadorozhny led to a mass brawl between local residents and employees of the Territorial Center for Staffing (TCK, similar to a military enlistment office).

Local residents began to gather, expressing their dissatisfaction with the actions of the TCK. A verbal altercation broke out between passersby and representatives of the enlistment office. The situation quickly escalated, and soon a fight ensued.

The coach and his wife managed to escape from the scene, but the scuffle continued.

According to media reports, in Ternopil, unidentified individuals in military uniforms blocked the car with Zadorozhny and his wife. They claimed to be employees of the Territorial Center for Staffing, although the local TCK assured that their representatives were not present there.

According to lawyer Maria Skakun, her client is entitled to a deferment as an educator at an educational institution, but the data has not yet been updated in the "Reserve" system. She described the actions of the masked individuals as illegal detention and filed a report with the police.

During his playing career, Zadorozhny played as a defender for teams such as Dnipro, Kremin, Zorya, Niva, and other Ukrainian clubs. He played six matches for the Ukrainian national team in 2001–2002.
