Security personnel arrived at the most inconvenient moment...

A couple engaged in sexual activity in a carriage was removed from a train in Germany, Deutsche Welle reports. They resisted. A 35-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were "engaging in consensual sexual acts" on the S-Bahn train traveling from Germany to Basel, Switzerland, on the night from Saturday to Sunday. Two security personnel from the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) caught them in the act, "demanded that they cease these actions," and escorted them out of the first-class carriage, according to a press release from the German police.

Reportedly, the story did not end there - the passengers "only briefly complied" with the ban on engaging in "these actions." Therefore, they were forced to disembark at the Schopfheim-West station near the Swiss border. The lovers attempted to assault a 41-year-old railway employee and her 39-year-old colleague, and the man managed to inflict several bruises on them.

The federal police are investigating the couple on suspicion of assault.
