In 2025, an average of 18.5% of people aged 15-64 in the EU usually worked on weekends.
The highest share of employees working on weekends is in: Greece (31.5%) Cyprus (31.3%) Malta (29.2%)
The lowest figures are in: Lithuania (3.0%) Poland (4.2%) Hungary (6.2%)
And what about Latvia? We are in the middle of the list - in 13th place. 18% of all workers in Latvia work on weekends.
