U.S. President Donald Trump commented on the number of "medium and above medium class" munitions on Truth Social, stating that wars "can be fought 'forever'... using only these supplies."

"We have virtually unlimited supplies of this weaponry. The United States is well supplied and ready for a GREAT VICTORY!!!" Trump wrote shortly before midnight Washington time (05:00 GMT).

In his latest statements, he also accused his predecessor Joe Biden of supplying Ukraine with "a huge amount of ultra-modern" American weapons.
