France urgently dispatched an aircraft carrier from the Baltic Sea towards the Middle East

BFMTV: the French aircraft carrier "Charles de Gaulle" headed from the Baltic Sea to the Eastern Mediterranean.

The French aircraft carrier "Charles de Gaulle" along with its strike group changed course and headed towards the eastern Mediterranean.

It was specified that the military ship had to interrupt its mission in the Baltic Sea to head towards the Middle East. Prior to this, information emerged that Iranian drones attacked a French military base located in Abu Dhabi.

The situation escalated against the backdrop of the U.S.-Israeli military operation in Iran, which began on February 28. The targets included command facilities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, airfields, drone launch sites, and air defense systems.

On the night of March 1, Iran officially confirmed the death of Khamenei. He was killed in the early hours of the military operation launched by Israel and the U.S.
