President Volodymyr Zelensky acknowledged during the Munich Security Conference that one of the production lines for Ukraine's latest 'Flamingo' missiles has been destroyed.

In response to a question about whether Ukraine has been able to ramp up missile production, the President of Ukraine noted that the country has a small number of 'Flamingo' missiles. "One large production line was destroyed as a result of a missile strike," he stated.

The president also added that he can speak about what happened, as it occurred "some time ago."

Earlier, one feature of the 'Flamingo' was revealed. It was clarified that foreign components are used in the Ukrainian missiles. Specifically, this concerns the engines and the control system. In Ukraine, only final assembly is carried out, the report stated.

The 'Flamingo' is a cruise missile of Ukrainian production, announced on August 18, 2025, has passed state tests, and is in serial production. According to the Associated Press, it has a range of up to 3000 km and is capable of carrying a warhead weighing over a ton.
