Poland's Foreign Ministry: Oil-processing plants from Russia should be subject to sanctions.
Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski proposed to supplement the next package of sanctions against Russia due to Putin's war in Ukraine with another restriction.
According to him, he intends to call for EU sanctions to be imposed on all plants that process Russian oil. The minister views such restrictions as an effective addition to measures against the so-called shadow fleet of Russia.
