The peace plan for Ukraine is 90 percent ready. This was stated by the country's president Volodymyr Zelensky, as reported by the agency "RBK-Ukraine" on its Telegram channel.
"The 20-point plan that we have been working on is 90 percent ready," the politician stated.
Zelensky noted that an important goal for Kyiv is to have everything ready at 100 percent. According to him, the first drafts of several documents have been prepared. However, there are some issues that need to be discussed at the leaders' level.
