On the eve of Christmas, thousands of people gathered at Cologne Cathedral for the Christmas service. However, the appearance of a strange man in a golden mask caused a stir.

The Cologne police reported that during the service, one of the attendees rushed forward. He was dressed in a black cloak and a bright golden mask.

Reaching the altar, the man performed a dance. The cathedral's security reacted immediately and escorted the dancer out without resistance.

Police intervention was not needed, no one was injured, and the Christmas evening service continued.

What lies behind the performance on Christmas Eve at Cologne Cathedral remains unclear. So far, the Cologne police have not received any complaints about the violator.
