Trump again stated that the U.S. won both world wars.
U.S. President Donald Trump once again stated that the United States won both world wars. He did not mention the key role of the Soviet Union in the victory over Nazi Germany in World War II.
The controversial statement was made by the politician during a ceremony celebrating Veterans Day in the U.S.
"And remember: we won World War I. We won World War II. We won all the wars in between. We won all the wars that came before that," said the head of the White House.
This is not the first time Donald Trump has completely ignored the role of the Soviet Union in World War II.
