Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the approval of a plan for special operations by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) against Russia. He made this statement during his evening address, which is available on his Telegram channel.
"Regarding our operations — I have coordinated some plans with the Service, our asymmetric responses to the Russian war," the Ukrainian leader said.
Earlier, Zelensky reported that the United States had unblocked the possibility of purchasing American Patriot missile systems for Ukraine.
