According to U.S. intelligence officials, on September 8 and 9, Israeli forces launched drones from a submarine and dropped incendiary devices on ships docked at the Tunisian port of Sidi Bou Said, resulting in a fire. It is specified that under international humanitarian law, the use of incendiary weapons against civilians or civilian objects is prohibited under any circumstances.
