According to the Daily Mail, court documents have come into the possession of journalists, including written testimonies from Moore. In them, the actress stated that during their relationship, Thompson often prioritized his own interests over Rumer's.

According to Demi, even during her daughter's pregnancy, she noticed that Rumer was constantly under stress.
"Over time, I saw that his behavior seemed strange and that he always put himself and his needs first," the actress stated.
Particularly unpleasant memories for Moore are associated with her granddaughter's birthday. She claimed that during a home birth, Thompson unexpectedly climbed into the birthing pool with Rumer without asking for permission.
"Everyone was in shock. After Rumer asked him to leave, he did so, but for the rest of the birth, he acted irritated and displayed discontent. All attention was focused on him," the actress claims.

Additionally, Demi Moore stated that Thompson tried to limit Rumer's communication with her mother and sisters and spoke negatively about their presence around her.
Rumer Willis herself accused her former partner of drug use in court documents. According to her, there was one occasion when the man was in a state of severe drug intoxication while their young daughter was nearby.
Willis also expressed concern about some childcare methods that Thompson practiced. This refers to his tendency for frequent physical contact with their daughter, which Rumer felt was inappropriate in certain cases.
