- 10–12 champignon mushrooms;
- 6–7 potatoes;
- 3–4 liters of water;
- 200 g of melted cheese;
- herbs — optional;
- salt and spices — to taste.
For the meatballs:
- 300 g of minced meat;
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs;
- 0.5 onion;
- paprika;
- meat seasoning;
- salt and pepper — to taste.
How to prepare
Prepare the vegetables
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.
Add the mushrooms
