The prosecution claims that in October 2023, Sangha and Fleming sold a batch of ketamine intended for Matthew Perry. The transfer occurred through his assistant. In total, according to the prosecution, it involved dozens of vials of the drug.

On October 28, 2023, the actor was administered a dose that turned out to be fatal. As a result, cardiac arrest occurred, and 54-year-old Perry passed away.
