Yefim Shifrin commented for the first time on rumors about a possible relationship with a young student. The artist did this during the broadcast of Andrey Malakhov's show, where he was invited on the occasion of his 70th birthday, which he celebrated on March 25.
The reason for discussions in the media was 25-year-old Kristina, who is undergoing residency and mastering the profession of an ophthalmic surgeon. Shifrin himself did not directly confirm or deny the rumors, but gave an evasive answer that sparked even more interest.
“Once, a famous Russian folk singer came to the Caucasus and asked, ‘What shall I sing for you, dear ones?’ They replied, ‘Don’t sing, just walk around.’ I really like how Kristina walks — and no one knows anything about us. Be happy, friends,” the artist said.
Shifrin also noted that he is open to new formats and is actively trying himself in the role of a blogger. According to him, his circle mainly consists of young people, as he finds communication with peers less interesting.
The artist explained this by saying that many of his contemporaries, in his opinion, have already lost interest in an active life and new opportunities.
