How to Ventilate in Different Seasons

In Winter

It is better to ventilate briefly but intensely — 3–5 minutes is enough to refresh the air without overcooling the room.

In Spring and Autumn

The optimal time is 10–20 minutes when the temperature is comfortable and the air is refreshed evenly.

In Summer

It is better to open windows in the morning and evening when the air is cooler and cleaner. In hot weather, a constantly open window is not always effective without air movement.
