To prepare juicy pork chops with a crispy crust, several steps must be followed in sequence: tenderizing the meat, marinating, breading, and baking. We will explain in detail how to do this.

100 grams of breadcrumbs;

First, it is necessary to place the chops on a cutting board and gently pound them with a kitchen mallet on both sides, achieving an even thickness. After that, the meat should be salted.
Next, prepare the marinade: in a bowl, mix the mustard, thyme, parsley, pepper, and olive oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Each chop should be thoroughly coated with the marinade on both sides and left for ten minutes to soak.
After marinating, the chops need to be coated in breadcrumbs, which should be placed on a plate. Then, the meat is laid out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sent to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
