- Potatoes — 900 g
- Carrots — 2–3 pcs
- Water — 2–2.5 l
- Noodles — 2–3 handfuls
- Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste
- Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
- Minced meat — 400 g
- Onion — 1 pc
Preparation:
- Prepare the meatballs: blend the onion in a blender and mix it with the minced meat, adding salt and pepper. Form medium-sized meatballs.
- Cut the potatoes into large pieces and the carrots finely. Place the vegetables in a pot, cover with water, add salt, and cook under a lid until soft.
- Carefully add the meatballs to the soup and cook for a few minutes over low heat.
