The television host completed a two-year project on the interior of her elite apartment.
Ksenia Sobchak, in a new post on a popular social network, showcased the interior of her Moscow apartment located in a historic building in the city center. The apartment was purchased about two years ago, and its cost is rumored to exceed one billion rubles. The residence occupies almost the entire floor of a mansion from the early 20th century on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, just a few minutes from the Kremlin.
The television host developed the design project for her square meters independently, without involving professional designers. The extensive reconstruction and furnishing took about two years. According to experts, hundreds of millions of rubles were spent on the renovation and interior filling. Natural marble, rare wood species, handmade furniture, and collectible items purchased at antique markets and from art dealers were used in the finishing.

The published images by Ksenia also capture white built-in shelves that reach the full height of the walls, filled with books, sculptures, and decorative objects. The soft furniture is made in a restrained color palette and complemented by textiles of complex textures. The interior combines modern design solutions with items of historical context.

The building where the apartment is located is known in Moscow as the "Egyptian House." The mansion, built in 1903, is adorned with facade bas-reliefs featuring motifs from Ancient Egypt, including images of pharaohs and the god Ra, as well as decorative elements in the form of stylized palm leaves.

Ksenia Sobchak's subscribers noted in the comments under the publication the unconventional interior solutions, the richness of the space with details, and the eclectic nature of the decor. All of this, by the way, is noticeably different from the common minimalist formats of elite housing.
