First, experiencing feelings of anger can sometimes be beneficial. According to specialists, it is much more harmful to suppress negative emotions and not express them outwardly. Anger is merely an emotion that signals that you are experiencing discomfort.

Second, anger is often confused with aggression. If you resort to insults or damaging things, it is merely a temporary manifestation of a sense of superiority that masks feelings of resentment and helplessness. The more you ruminate, the faster it can provoke heart and gastrointestinal diseases, high blood pressure attacks, and immune system problems.

Third, many mistakenly believe that anger is a result of their own thoughts. In reality, it all depends on the person and how they relate to a particular situation. Therefore, one can either exhale and calm down or succumb to negative emotions and start panicking.
