Former Harvard University physics professor Dr. Michael Guillén claims that he has managed to determine the location of Heaven based on observations of the cosmic horizon. He wrote about this in an article for Fox News.
According to the scientist, the cosmic horizon is the boundary of the observable universe beyond which objects are receding at the speed of light. Guillén believes that the area beyond this threshold, "outside of time," perfectly matches the biblical description of Heaven. There, in his version, reside "immaterial, timeless beings" representing the souls of the deceased.
Dr. Guillén emphasizes that at the cosmic horizon, "time stops," and this zone, being outside of ordinary space-time, can be interpreted as Heaven. He notes that observations from the Hubble telescope and Einstein's theory allow for the determination of the positions of such objects.
Many astronomers believe that there is nothing special beyond the cosmic horizon, other than what cannot be observed. Nevertheless, Guillén asserts that it is there, in deep space, that the "upper level of Heaven" exists, where God and timeless beings reside.
In his opinion, the expansion of the universe and the accelerating retreat of galaxies confirm the idea of the existence of inaccessible yet real "heavenly realms."
