Delicious and Healthy Cottage Cheese Dessert a la 'Raffaello'

If you want to indulge in something sweet without extra calories, consider this light version of the beloved 'Raffaello' dessert made from cottage cheese. This dessert is not only delicious but also healthy.

Ingredients for 30 pieces (56 kcal each):

  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey + sweetener (stevia) to taste
  • 200 g shredded coconut
  • 30 almonds

Preparation:

  1. Thoroughly mash the cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Add honey and sweetener, mix well.
  3. Form small balls the size of a teaspoon, placing one almond in each.
  4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut (approximately 200 g will be needed for the entire batch).
  5. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
