If you skip breakfast because there's no time to prepare it, this recipe is for you. Our chicken waffles can be made in advance, and in the morning you can simply take them out of the freezer and heat them up in 7–10 minutes. Original taste, a powerful protein boost, and a great mood are guaranteed!
Ingredients for 4 servings

chicken fillet - 300 g

sour cream 15% - 50 g

eggs - 2 pcs.

parmesan - 30 g

rice flour - 1 heaping tbsp

baking powder - 1 tsp.

parsley - a few sprigs

dry garlic - ½ tsp.

salt - to taste

black ground pepper - to taste

vegetable oil for greasing - 2 tbsp.
Preparation:

Prepare the chicken fillet: wash it, dry it, and cut it into pieces.

Transfer the chicken fillet to a blender. Add the herbs, grated cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.

Add salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Then add the flour and mix everything again. The batter should be quite thick.

Preheat the waffle maker and grease its surface with vegetable oil. Place the batter in the waffle maker and bake the waffles for 6–7 minutes.

To freeze the chicken waffles, wrap each one in plastic wrap. Store them in the freezer for no more than 2 months. To thaw and bring to serving temperature, place the waffles in an oven preheated to 170 °C for 7–10 minutes.
