Ingredients:

  • camembert — 1 piece
  • baguette — 1 piece
  • cherry tomatoes — 150 g
  • garlic — 2–3 cloves
  • rosemary — 1 sprig
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

  1. Slice the baguette and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mince the garlic.
  2. Place the camembert in a heatproof dish. Arrange the baguette and cherry tomatoes around it.
  3. Make several cuts in the cheese and insert the garlic into them.
  4. Add the sprig of rosemary, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and the baguette is golden.
