Russians have begun to "grill," i.e., install makeshift anti-drone protection even on military ships. Corresponding photos were published by the Russian Z-channel "Two Majors."

The authors of the public page claim that they have protected "more than one" ship with a mesh fence. The materials were purchased with "people's funds."

"External explosive detonation (already tested, unfortunately, on another object) by removing at least a couple of meters allows for the preservation of the superstructure and people. This solution is not a panacea. It will not protect against all types of enemy munitions. But if nothing is done at all, there will be nothing," notes the Z-channel.

As the portal "Militarny" writes, the photo shows a "grilled" patrol ship of project 22460 "Okhotnik" of the FSB Coast Guard. In occupied Crimea, the Russians have four ships of this type. Two more are based in Krasnodar Krai. Additionally, two are based in Dagestan (Caspian Sea), where Ukrainian drones have been reaching lately.
