Google Hacked Apple’s Technology

The file sharing feature with iPhone has appeared on Android smartphones.

Google has introduced the Quick Share feature on Android, which allows file sharing with iPhone users. This is stated in the developers' blog.

The AirDrop feature is only available on Apple devices, allowing users to share files wirelessly with a tap. Google engineers have claimed to have found a way to connect to AirDrop and share media content and other documents between iOS and Android without restrictions.

It appears that Google has been working on this new feature without Apple's involvement. It is unknown how the iPhone manufacturer will react to the actual hacking of its technology. The Google blog specifies that the cross-platform Quick Share feature currently works on Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Fold smartphones.

The article notes that to receive files from an iPhone, Android users need to set their device's visibility settings for 10 minutes. All documents will be saved in the Files app. Support for the cross-platform Quick Share feature is expected to appear on other Android smartphones soon.

Earlier, Ookla specialists stated that the internet speed on the iPhone 17 was 40 percent higher than on other Apple smartphones. The upgrade was linked to the new N1 coprocessor.
