Apple called the iPhone 17 lineup the most successful in the history of smartphones.
Apple Corporation evaluated iPhone sales in the fourth financial quarter of 2025. This was reported by Business Insider (BI).
On the night of October 31, the American company announced a revenue of $102.5 billion and a net quarterly profit of $27.5 billion. Apple also noted a record revenue in the fall quarter, stating that this was made possible by high sales of the iPhone 17.
The head of the corporation, Tim Cook, stated that the iPhone 17 lineup has become the most successful in history, referring to the high demand. "The iPhone Air feels so thin and light in hand that it seems like it’s about to fly away," Cook remarked on the phone's success. The CEO also assessed the sales of the iPhone 17 in China—one of the most important markets. Tim Cook noted that he is "incredibly pleased" with them.
Apple also predicted that the holiday quarter, which will include the Christmas holidays, will be the best for the company in its entire history.
In October, analysts from Mizuho Securities stated that Apple acknowledged the iPhone Air as a failure. Sources reported that due to low sales of the device, the company reduced its production volumes.
