It will be a floating exhibition complex for cultural events.
Designer Chalhun Park from South Korea conceived the project of an unusual yacht while still a student. After many years, he made a career in the shipbuilding industry, and now his project 'Valkyrie' has received the green light. The concept is fully developed – all that remains is to find someone who dares to finance this idea.

If 'Valkyrie' is built, it will become the largest superyacht in the world, easily surpassing the current record holder – the vessel 'Azzam'. The yacht owned by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is 180 m long, while Park's conceptual monster is 50 m longer. Everything above the waterline is designed by the designer, while the underwater part and mechanisms are engineered by Palmer Johnson.
Structurally, 'Valkyrie' is a trimaran, with gondolas made of steel and aluminum, on which a superstructure of carbon fiber is mounted. It is 50% more energy-efficient than vessels of similar dimensions, but despite its 'predatory' appearance, it is not intended for racing. Moreover, it is not a cruise ship – rather, it is a floating exhibition complex for cultural events. The size of the yacht will be sufficient to accommodate a theater, shops, lounges, restaurants, and themed areas on board.
According to Park's vision, 'Valkyrie' is itself a work of art, a living embodiment of the idea of deconstructivism, where there are no clear, symmetrical, repeating elements in architecture and interior design. The idea contrasts with other superyachts, with their sleek closed silhouettes and hull lines; here, there are numerous open spaces, broken lines, various nooks, and unusual rooms. The yacht's crew will consist of 92 people, and it will be able to host 52 guests in 26 cabins.
