Captain of the Latvian national hockey team Rudolf Balcers maintained his position as the top sniper of the tournament according to the statistics of the competition organizers. Meanwhile, the Latvian national team finished the tournament in sixth place.
In eight matches of the tournament, Balcers scored seven goals. Second place with the same number of goals in ten matches was taken by bronze medalist Noah Sten from Norway.
Among the most productive players, Sandis Vilmanis ranked seventh with 11 points (4+7), while Balcers, with 10 points (7+3), rounded out the top ten. The most productive player of the tournament was Swiss forward Sven Andrighetto, who scored 15 points (4+11) in ten matches.
In turn, Kristers Gudlevskis finished the championship as the second-best goalkeeper. In seven matches, he saved an average of 94.62% of shots and allowed 1.44 goals per game.
The best goalkeeper of the tournament was Swiss player Leonardo Genoni, who saved an average of 97.08% of shots in seven matches and allowed only 0.56 goals per game. He finished the championship with three shutouts.
Vilmanis, who shared eighth place among the tournament's top assist providers, was also the forward with the most ice time — an average of 23 minutes and 17 seconds per game. Among all participants in the championship, the Latvian player had the fourth highest ice time. Balcers, with an average of 22 minutes and 3 seconds per game, ranked ninth, followed closely by Albert Schmitz, who spent an average of 21 minutes and 47 seconds on the ice.
Additionally, in the team standings, the Latvians ranked second in power play efficiency. In eight matches, the Latvian national team scored eight goals on the power play, achieving a 32% success rate. Switzerland took first place with a conversion rate of 35.48%.
