The Saudi Arabian football club Al-Qadisiyah has announced the appointment of Brendan Rodgers as the team's head coach.
In late October 2025, Rodgers left his position as head coach of Scottish club Celtic. The 52-year-old Northern Irish specialist is also known for his work at English clubs Leicester and Liverpool.
Previously, Al-Qadisiyah made the decision to dismiss head coach Michel. The 62-year-old Spanish specialist had been in charge of the team since October 2023.
In the current season of the Saudi Arabian Premier League, Al-Qadisiyah has earned 17 points in nine matches and occupies fifth place in the standings.
