Al-Nassr forward and Portugal national team player Cristiano Ronaldo spoke about the importance of a sleep regimen for his career.
"Sleep is my main tool. I stick to the time when I have to go to bed and when I have to wake up. For example, I go to bed around 11 or 12. And I wake up at 8:30. This is my routine. This is perhaps the most important thing we have in life in terms of how to maintain health," Ronaldo said in a video published by Whoop.
Ronaldo has been playing for Al-Nassr since January 2023. In the current season, the 40-year-old Portuguese has played seven matches for the club in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing two assists.
Previously, Ronaldo played for Manchester United, Juventus, Real Madrid, and Sporting. With 143 goals in 225 matches, he is the top scorer in the history of the Portugal national team.
