The Minister of Economy Viktor Valainis received a reward of 115,252 euros from the State Chancellery last year, which is 2.4% more than the previous year, according to the declaration of the official published on the State Revenue Service's website.
At the end of last year, the registered debts of the minister amounted to 44,300 euros, which is 26,333 euros more than at the end of 2024, when the minister's debts were 17,967 euros.
By the end of 2025, the minister also had a cash balance of 11,000 euros.
At the end of last year, Valainis owned an apartment in Riga, land plots in Jelgava and Jaunsvirlauka parish, a building in Riga, and a building in Jaunsvirlauka parish.
At the end of last year, the minister owned a 2025 'Volkswagen Tayron' car. He also owned two 1967 'Moskvich 408' cars, a 2005 'Piaggio Vespa GT125' motorcycle, and a 1994 'MZSA' 8177 trailer.
In 2024, the minister earned 112,585 euros.
