The Saeima's Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a closed meeting.
Today, deputies of the Saeima working in the Foreign Affairs Committee will gather for a closed meeting. First, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will inform the parliamentarians about the conditions for providing Ukraine with a large-scale loan, and then, as expected, the deputies will discuss the ongoing war in the Middle East and the operation of the United States and Israel against the regime in Iran.
The Committee on Citizenship, Migration, and Social Cohesion will discuss with representatives of ministries and experts the current issues of integrating Ukrainian refugees in Latvia. The deputies of the Saeima's Defense and Internal Affairs Committee also intend to present their proposals for supporting residents of Ukraine in Latvia.
