At today's meeting in the "Ramstein" format, 15 states made new commitments regarding Ukraine, said the country's Minister of Defense Denis Shmyhal.
Here is the complete list of countries and their promises.
Germany: 11.5 billion euros in 2026 to support Ukraine's defense. Focus – air defense, UAVs, artillery shells. New Patriot and IRIS-T systems have already been delivered to Ukraine.
Latvia: continuation of support at no less than 0.25% of GDP (110 million euros) – focus on UAVs, electronic warfare, PURL.
Estonia: continuation of support at no less than 0.25% of GDP (142 million euros). Contribution to the IT coalition of 9 million euros.
Lithuania: over 220 million euros in 2026 for military support to Ukraine at no less than 0.25% of GDP, including contributions to PURL, the Patriot program for Ukraine, the "Czech initiative," and the demining coalition.
Luxembourg: 100 million euros in 2026 to support Ukraine, a second contribution of 15 million euros to PURL.
United Kingdom: enhancement of Ukraine's air defense capabilities amounting to 600 million pounds from frozen Russian assets, partner funds, and its own budget in 2025.
Canada: an additional 30 million Canadian dollars for Ukrainian drones, AIM-9 missiles, supplies of electro-optical sensors, and other military assistance.
Netherlands: 700 million euros for UAVs, including 400 million euros for Ukrainian-made products.
Montenegro: preparing a contribution to PURL (the program for purchasing American weapons for Ukraine with European funds).
Denmark: new contribution to PURL focusing on Ukraine's aviation capabilities. Transfer of the 29th support package of 250 million euros – drones, air defense, and support for Ukrainian aviation.
New Zealand: 15 million dollars for PURL.
Norway: about 7 billion dollars in total military assistance in 2026, including contributions to support American air defense systems and the "Czech initiative."
Poland: supply of 155-mm shells, implementation of joint projects with Ukraine under SAFE.
Portugal: contribution to the "Czech initiative," 10 million euros for UAVs.
Czech Republic: within the framework of the "Czech initiative," supplies of 760,000 artillery shells have already been financed for 2026.
