Migrants in Latvia Seek Government Support

On Wednesday, November 19, the deputies of the Saeima Human Rights and Public Affairs Commission will discuss the issue of providing support to legal immigrants, as indicated in the agenda of the commission meeting.

It is planned that during the meeting, the deputies will discuss the provision of support services to individuals affected by human trafficking and legal immigrants.

The commission meeting will begin at 10:00 and will take place at the organization "Shelter 'Safe House'".

The organization "Shelter 'Safe House'" provides state-funded social rehabilitation services to individuals affected by human trafficking. The organization offers social, medical, legal, and psychological assistance to victims of human trafficking.
