Rapper Alisher Morgenstern should be declared an undesirable person in Lithuania, including due to his position on the ownership of Crimea.
This opinion was expressed by the mayor of Vilnius, Valdas Benkunskas, on the social network Facebook. Benkunskas proposed declaring the singer a persona non grata before the concert that the artist is set to give in the city.
"I cannot sit idly by and watch as an artist, who does not know whose Crimea it is, publicly shows respect for Putin and who, at the request of the Security Service of Ukraine, has been included in the List of Individuals Threatening National Security by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine," wrote the mayor of Vilnius.
Benkunskas emphasized that the organizer of Morgenstern's concert is a company from Latvia.
