Sadalsky has been added to the Latvian list of undesirable persons

Judging by the available information, Sadalsky supports Russian aggression in Ukraine. In his opinion, the conflict was provoked by the Ukrainian government. This summer, he visited Jurmala and stated that he was glad he could speak Russian rather than 'this incomprehensible language.'
