Public opinion specialists certainly know this rule. Before canceling something, a public opinion survey must be conducted.
A PR survey before making an important decision is a public opinion study aimed at reducing reputational risks and predicting audience reactions. It helps to adjust the communication strategy, avoid scandals, and choose the most loyal approach.
This is written in textbooks.
And now attention! Today, Latvia published the results of a survey conducted by one of the leading local banks:
Survey: People most often pay in cash at markets and in the beauty industry
Riga, May 16, LETA. Residents of Latvia most often pay in cash at markets or fairs, as well as for beauty services, according to a survey conducted ...
In 39% of cases, the need for cash arises for residents at markets and fairs, where there is no possibility to pay by card. This is most often indicated by respondents aged 60 to 74, more than half of whom, or 55%, noted the market as the main place for cash transactions.
The second most common area where people pay in cash is the beauty industry, such as hairdressers, manicure, cosmetology, and this response was given by 25% of respondents. This was most often noted by women.
The survey shows that people also relatively often use cash in small shops or retail outlets (9%), in car services or sewing workshops (8%), as well as at events, festivals, and city celebrations (4%)...
From the editorial office of bb.lv: perhaps this survey is not a multi-step maneuver at all, but the headline "about the market and the beauty industry"? Markets, as we see, are gradually dying, and the tax service has long had questions for the "beauty industry."
What do you think? Is this just a survey or something more?
