The minimum air temperature at night will be -3...+1 degrees, and up to +4 degrees on the coast. During the day, the air will warm up to +4...+9 degrees, and in some places in the west, up to +12 degrees.
The last day of April will be mostly cloudy, with a light to moderate west wind.
In Riga, light rain is expected in the morning and during the day, with possible wet snow. The air temperature at night will be around +1 degree, rising to +9 degrees during the day.
