In March, changes in prices for panel apartments could be observed in the neighborhoods of Riga, market experts reported.
In all major neighborhoods of Riga, there was an increase in the average price of apartments. The most significant increase in the average price was observed in Agenskalns, Imanta, and Vecmilgravis, where prices rose by more than 2% over the month. The least change in apartment prices in March was noted in Bolderāja.
In March 2026, prices for panel apartments compared to the beginning of 2026 were higher in all major neighborhoods of Riga. The highest average price per square meter for apartments was in Teika, while the lowest remained in Bolderāja.
The highest prices for panel apartments in March were maintained in Teika, where the average price per square meter rose to 1123 EUR/m². The lowest average price per square meter in March was in Bolderāja – 695 EUR/m², which also increased compared to the previous month.
In March, the most expensive were apartments in the 119th and 104th series houses, where prices for two-room apartments in satisfactory condition ranged from 56,000 to 57,000 euros depending on the location.
Conversely, the cheapest were the Lithuanian project houses, where prices for two-room apartments ranged from 32,000 to 46,000 euros, and Khrushchyovkas, where prices for two-room apartments ranged from 30,000 to 48,000 euros depending on the neighborhood.
