The night across most of the country will be dry, with the sky covered in clouds and a light wind blowing. The minimum air temperature will be +8 to +15 degrees.

In the morning and during the day, starting from the south of the country, rain will begin, locally heavy. Thunderstorms are also expected, predicted for the second half of the day and in the evening in the central and eastern parts of the country. During thunderstorms, particularly intense downpours, hail, and storms may occur.

A weak to moderate northeast wind will prevail, shifting to variable winds by evening, with gusty northern winds in Kurzeme. The air temperature in the second half of the day is expected to range from +11 to +13 degrees in Kurzeme to +26 degrees in the southeast of Latgale.

In Riga, the night into Thursday will be dry, with heavy rain during the day, and intense thunderstorm downpours possible in the second half of the day and evening. A light wind will shift to a moderate northeast wind, and by Thursday evening, as the center of the cyclone passes, variable winds are expected. The air temperature will fluctuate around +15 degrees for most of the day.
