On Wednesday, April 1, the weather will clear up in most of Latvia and the sun will shine, although fog will persist in places along the coast, writes LETA.
Meteorologists forecast that no significant precipitation is expected, with a moderate wind blowing from the north and northwest.
The air temperature on the coast will rise to +1..+7 degrees, while in the rest of the country it will reach +8..+13 degrees. The warmest weather will remain in Latgale.
In Riga, the sun may shine during the day, while the northern part of the city will be cloudy and foggy. With a light northern wind, the air temperature will not exceed +5 degrees.
Weather conditions are determined by an anticyclone. Atmospheric pressure has risen to 1020–1025 hectopascals at sea level.
