In the coming day, the country is expected to have slight cloudiness with no precipitation. Fog will form in some areas of Kurzeme at night.
The maximum daytime temperature will range from +6 degrees in some coastal areas to +13 degrees in Latgale.
A light wind will blow, predominantly from the south and southwest.
On Saturday, dry and mostly sunny weather is expected in Riga. The air temperature at night will hover around zero, rising to +11 degrees during the day.
