In one of the kindergartens in Latvia, a beekeeper had to be called — a swarm of bees settled on a tree near the institution. This was reported by a beekeeper working with the company Čaklā bite, writes Nasha.lv.
"I arrived at the site, safely removed the colony from the tree, and transferred the swarm into a special box so that the bees could be transported to their new home peacefully," said the beekeeper.
He also noted that bee swarms usually do not show aggression, so the main thing in such a situation is not to panic and not to disturb the insects.
The beekeeper urged residents to seek help if a swarm appears in their yard, near their home, or at a business. According to him, bees can be safely removed and transported without harm to people and insects.

As reported by the Nasha.lv portal, earlier people were drawn to a video from a parking lot in Riga, where a large number of bees were swarming around a car. The author of the recording indicated that this happened near their workplace and admitted that they had no idea how the bees ended up there.
Bee swarms in Riga are not uncommon, especially in the summer when bees are actively reproducing. Beekeeping is developed in the city, including the center (hives are placed on rooftops), so a swarm can appear on a tree, the wall of a house, or in a park. They are usually calm, but it is better not to approach them upon discovery and to call specialists. If bees have entered the wall or under the roof, then, of course, the help of beekeepers will be required to extract the honeycombs to avoid damaging the building.
You can contact the Latvian Beekeepers' Society (Latvijas Biškopības biedrība) — they can help find a beekeeper who will take the swarm.
