Difficult driving conditions persist on regional and local roads in the vicinity of Gulbene, Liepaja, Saldus, Talsi, and Ventspils. There, some sections of regional and local roads are covered with snow.
On local roads, difficult driving conditions are noted in the vicinity of Aluksne, Balvi, Cesis, Dobele, Limbazi, Tukums, and Valmiera, where the roads are partially snow-covered or icy, according to information from LVC.
