There will be a weak to moderate northeast and east wind. The maximum daytime air temperature will be -12 to -17 degrees, and in northern Kurzeme, it will be -8 to -12 degrees.
In Riga, the day will be sunny with no precipitation. The prevailing wind will be northeast, from weak to moderate, and the temperature will rise to -11 to -13 degrees.
